Good Timers event
The Good Timers group will get together for a time of fellowship and a meal together.
Youth Mission Project
The youth are out of school this day and will participate in a mission project. Once that is completed, they will then head out for a fun time and a meal together.
Cheerful Hearts
The monthly ladies fellowship meeting will begin at 7:00pm. All the ladies are invited and encouraged to attend.
Youth Rally Event
Our youth will load up around 4:00pm and head to North Stokes High School for the annual youth rally event.
Fall Revival
First day of our Fall Revival. We will have Sunday School starting at 10:00am, followed by an 11:00am service. We will then go to the fellowship hall to enjoy a meal together, coming back to the sanctuary around 1:45 for a time of special music. Then we will have our afternoon meeting starting at 3:00pm.

Fall Festival
All are welcome to join us for a fun time at our Fall event. There will be stew, hot dogs, games, and time for fellowship.
Communion/ Youth Sunday
Each 5th Sunday we partake in the ordinance of the Lord by having a communion service. Also, on the 5th Sunday we recognize our youth and they participate in the service. They do things such as take up offering and sing.
Willow Oak Christmas Dinner
Willow Oak Baptist Church will come together for an evening Christmas meal to enjoy a time of fellowship together.
Christmas Parade
Willow Oak will be participating in the Walnut Cove parade with a float. Perry Shelton will have more details about times as we get closer to the event.
Christmas Play
Willow Oak’s Christmas play will be this evening, and all are invited. After the play, light refreshments will be provided in the fellowship hall.

Good Timers Outing
The Good Timers group will leave the church at 11am heading to Danbury for a meal at the River Rock Cafe. Then they will load back up on the bus and head to the Front Porch Creamery for some good ice cream.
Cheerful Hearts Meeting
The ladies ministry group Cheerful Hearts meeting will be on Monday August 10th at 7pm at the church. All the ladies are invited to attend.
Good Timers Trip
The Good Timers will get together for a great time of fellowship over breakfast.
Vacation Bible School
We are looking forward to this year’s VBS for kids age 1 through age 12. There will be Bible lessons, crafts, food, and fun time. Please scan the QR code to pre-register your child or go to https://form.jotform.com/261704435223046 to sign up. We look forward to seeing you all there!
Church Cleanup Day
We will spend the morning cleaning the church and grounds to get things ready for our Vacation Bible School. Teachers will have time to decorate their rooms if they would like to.
Goodtimers Trip
The Goodtimers group will be heading out after the CPR/AED class for lunch at Dan River Restaurant and then to Front Porch Creamy for Ice Cream. If you are not attending the CPR/AED class at 10am, then plan on being at the church at 11am.
CPR/ AED Training
The Stokes County EMS will be doing a CPR/ AED class in the fellowship hall starting at 10am.
Don't Be Scammed Event
This is an event being hosted by the Stokes County Sheriff’s Office and Willow Oak Baptist Church. During this event the Sheriff’s Office will present information about how to protect yourself from scams. This event will be geared toward the elderly population, but all are allowed to attend.
